UPDATE 10:00 pm: Bismarck Police say Villalobos has been arrested in Brookings, SD. They say more information will be available in the morning.
The Bismarck Police Department is now looking for a new vehicle in the search of 22-year-old Ulises Villalobos.
Be on the lookout for a White 2002 Subaru Legacy Outback with the ND License Plate 476 BJY.
Enforcement received information that the suspect was last seen in this vehicle driving east-bound from Bismarck.
