Beginning today, the Grant Marsh Bridge on I-94, between Bismarck and Mandan will be reduced to one lane for west bound traffic.
The outside lane will be closed, so crews can repair barriers on the west end of the bridge.
It’s expected to remain closed for about a week.
I-94 will remain open to traffic at all times while construction is on-going.
Expect width restrictions, and the speed limit will be reduced to 45 miles per hour, or lower at times– throughout the construction zone.
Construction work is expected to be completed in late fall.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation encourages drivers to plan ahead before traveling– by checking for regular updates on construction progress.
