Vehicle drives into river

A vehicle drove into the Mouse River this afternoon, the incident happened sometime before 4 o’clock 

The vehicle was driving east on highway 2 just past the 52 bypass then suddenly it drove into the ditch and into the water. 
Officials on scene tell us there was only one person involved.

The driver a male, made it out before the car became completely submerged. 
We spoke to witnesses on scene who helped the man, they say he suffered from a medical episode and that was the cause. 

The incident is currently under investigation and the vehicle was being pulled out before we left the scene.
