One woman has been arrested and two other women are being sought in connection with an investigation into drug diversion at a local healthcare provider.

Minot Police report new information from the Drug Enforcement Agency allowed the re-opening of an investigation into drug diversion that happened between December, 2012 and September, 2014 involving nurses from Trinity Home Health and Hospice Program in Minot.

The investigation led to warrants for three former nurses in that program.

Arrested yesterday was 39-year-old Jennifer Napora. Police are searching for 45-year-old Kim Kochel and 39-year-old April Beckler as well.

Court records say Beckler and Kochel endangered the lives of hospice patients by diverting drugs from the patients to their own use. The two are facing three felony charges each.

The third nurse, Jennifer Napora, is facing a single felony charge of theft from a patient.
