From the KX Storm Center:
After yesterday’s widespread rain, there are still a few showers lingering over parts of North Dakota. This morning, some scattered snow brought significant accumulations to parts of North Central ND. The only reports we got so far is .5″ in Bottineau and 2-3″ in Leeds. This afternoon, scattered rain has developed across much of our southern region and many of us will get a little wet before the day ends. The rest of the work week will bring several changes. More sunshine & warming temps are expected with winds picking up & becoming breezy across the state, through the end of the week. Sunshine will remain the theme with temps climbing into the 60s & 70s (for highs & 40s for lows) before our next chance for rain. High temperatures will stay well above average through most of the weekend and rain returns Sunday/Monday. This next system will change things up again. Expect more clouds with rain, becoming mix/snow as we start off the work week. Temperatures will dip back into the 40s & 50s for highs with 20s & 30s for lows with more precip chances, next week.
