Williston Pursuit

Just before 6 o’clock Wednesday, the Williston Police Department attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle.
According to the department, the driver of that vehicle fled from officers.
Within minutes- it struck another vehicle on 2nd Avenue West.
The driver was identified later as Katlynn Wuorio.
Officers say after the crash, Wuorio fled on foot.
She was later arrested and taken into custody.
Charges of reckless driving and fleeing are pending.
Dustin Haukenberry was a passenger in Wuorio’s vehicle.
He also faces charges of fleeing.
He was also taken into custody.

No injuries were reported from the motor vehicle accident.
