Woman Accused of Faking Make-a-Wish Fund

Bond for a Donnybrook woman accused of fraud in seeking donations to help a sick child through Make-a-Wish will continue at five thousand dollars.
Kristin Keel made her initial appearance in district court this morning on three felony charges including forgery and fraud.

Investigators say Keel, a member of the Donnybrook Park Board, used her position to solicit money that she claimed would be used for playground equipment as part of a Make-a-Wish project.
Investigators say the claims she made were false.

Keel had already posted bond and is free, awaiting her preliminary hearing that is set for June 6th.
