A Lyft driver is being accused of sexual assault in Bismarck.
Corey Wickham of Mandan is facing life in prison, after being charged with Gross Sexual Imposition, by force.
Wickham is being held on $500,000 bond.
The woman told police she was picked up at the Lonesome Dove in Mandan at just after 1 am Saturday morning.
According to court documents the woman says when they arrived at her Bismarck home Wickham stopped her from opening the car.
She told law enforcement that Wickham started kissing her and then he put his hands down her pants and up her shirt, while she was in the vehicle.
She says she eventually was able to get out of the car, but at no time was it consensual.She says the assault lasted between 10 and 15 minutes.
The woman was later examined by a sexual assault nurse at a local hospital, the next morning.
Wickham is charged with two felonies, and could spend life in prison if convicted.
