Storytelling is one of the oldest forms of entertainment that’s still around today. In some ways, getting your story out into the world has gotten easier thanks to technology, but actually reaching an audience and publishing is no easy task.

Local authors have started “Publish or Perish (PoP) Writer’s Workshop” to help other writers with editing and feedback on their manuscripts. The co-founder of the group, Brad Hall, knows the passion and heart that goes into bringing a novel to life and how it can be almost embarrassing to share your personal works with others.

“People do tend to be a little bit gun-shy as far as revealing some of that and taking feedback is very tough, but we want to make sure people are getting what they need,” says Brad Hall, Cofounder of ‘Publish or Perish’.

The workshops are held every other Saturday at Minot Public Library.
