Anyone in and around the Bis-man community is invited to unroll a mat and soak up some sunshine this summer.
About 40 people posed together in Kiwanis Park this morning.
Transitions Yoga will be hosting these hour long classes every Saturday morning from 9 to 10 a.m.
They started last week but will run until October with the Bis-market, which begins right across the street at 10.
And the instructors are putting on these classes for free to the public.
Transitions Yoga Instructor Casidie Fladeland adds, “I think when you bring the community together, you have a sense of partnership. So you get to see people over and over again, whether it’s at the studio or outside, the park, the grocery store: it just kind of forms a unity within everybody.”
On June 21st, Transitions will be doing sun salutations to celebrate the summer solstice.
Proceeds from that class will be donated to our friends at Furry Friends Rockin’ Rescue.
