Boys’ HS Track and Field: Legacy wins BPS 2-hour Meet

The Legacy boys’ track and field team won the 2018 BPS 2-hour meet on May 11 at the Community Bowl.

Legacy posted 225.5 points on their way to the win. Century also broke the 200-point barrier, they scored 210.5 points

Some highlights from the day’s action included Michael Omvig winning the 1600m run.

The St. Mary’s team 4x100m relay team of Lucas Haakenson, Stephen Windsor, Cole Waletzko and Jackson Roerick won the event in 47.33 seconds.

In the 400m run, Beau Brannan crossed the line first in a time of 50.36 seconds.

In the 110m hurdles, Bismarck High senior David won the event in 15.73 seconds.
