The Beulah boys’ basketball team’s strength is scoring depth.
Beulah has an entire starting five and numerous role players who are talented spot-up shooters, and their major players all know how to handle the ball with ease.
Senior Jacob Weigel is the team’s best perimeter threat. He says having plenty of scoring options makes their offense extremely tough to slow down.
“If somebody has a bad night,” Weigel said. “We have a lot of offensive threats, so we can kind of afford somebody to have a bad night. It’s kind of nice that we don’t have to rely on one or two people to score all the points.”
Beulah will look to show off their scoring depth in tomorrow’s first round game against Hillsboro-Central Valley.
