In Class B softball action Monday, Beulah defeated Washburn at home, and Heart River picked up two wins in Velva.
The Miners came back from an early 2-0 deficit to beat the Cardinals 17-6.
Heart River played two games in Velva and maintained its perfect record. They first defeatedVelva-Drake-Anamoose 8-4 and then beat Harvey-Wells County 13-6.
