Class B State Track: Watford City girls, New Town boys sit in first after Day 1

The Watford City girls and the New Town boys lead after Day 1 of competition at the Class B 2018 North Dakota State Track & Field Championship Meet on May 25.

On the girls side, in the 1600m run, Thompson takes first place. They are third in the team standings.

In the 4x800m relay run, Hillsboro-Central Valley holds off Watford City for the victory.

On the boys side, Edgeley-Kulm wins the 1600m run.

New Town responded in the 4x800m relay run for the win.
