College Baseball: BSC wins first 2 games in 4-game set with Dakota College at Bottineau

The Bismarck State baseball team won the first two games of a four-game series with Dakota College at Bottineau on April 19 at Dwyer Field on the campus of Shiloh Christian School.

BSC held on for a 2-0 victory in Game 1. Bottineau was able to bring the go-ahead run to the plate in the top of the seventh inning, but a fly out to center field ended the contest.

In the second game, BSC led, 2-1. However in the top of the third, an RBI single tied the game at 2. BSC would respond by scoring seven unanswered runs. The Mystics would earn a win, 9-2.
