College Football: Dickinson State set for spring game

Dickinson State hosts its annual spring game tomorrow, in which players will try to leave a lasting impression in the coaches’ minds.

Head coach Pete Stanton says a couple areas on the field will need some new faces to step up, but one area in particular is a priority in Stanton’s mind.

“[On] Defensive line we lost several starters, so that’s what we’re really working on there,” Stanton said. “And we’re still recruiting some guys in that area. We lost some guys inside on defense, and there will be a lot of holes to fill there.”

The Blue Hawks are coming off their third consecutive North Star championship.
