Shiloh Christian girls basketball is off to a 7-0 start, including a road win over a tough Bishop Ryan team.
The Skyhawks have high hopes for this season as they fell short of state last year at the hands of Grant County.
The team returns six seniors and four juniors, and leaders like Amber Stevahn have their sights set on avenging last season’s loss.
“Losing that region championship game was very disappointing,” Stevahn said. “Grant County worked harder than us and they played better basketball, but we’re going to make sure we work the hardest so we can get back [to state.]”
Shiloh Christian plays Thursday night against Rugby at the Minot Auditorium.
