Homecoming Win

The Minot High Magicians were looking to celebrate homecoming with a victory as they hosted 4th ranked Bismarck Legacy. The Magicians evened their west region record at 1-1 with a shutout of Williston last week while the Sabers suffered their first loss of the year in a non region matchup with top ranked West Fargo. That meant the Sabers were still ahead of the Magicians in the West Region standings as well as Bismarck and Century so the Magicians could ill afford another loss if they were to have any hopes of making a run at a west region title.
