HS FBall: Bismarck not looking past winless Williston

National Sports

The Bismarck High football team isn’t looking past a winless Williston team.

Even though they are preparing for a winless team, they don’t want to walk in to the game too confidently.

It was only a couple of weeks ago they were blown out 41-0 at West Fargo.

However, tight end Mark Stumpf feels that loss keyed the turn around to their year.

“After that game it was a really wake up call to us,” Mark Stumpf said. “The whole team knew we needed to come together as brothers and play hard with each other. Since then, we’ve shown that we are here and we know what we’re doing.”

This Friday’s game kicks off at 7 p.m.
