HS Football: Beulah ready for Region 4 showdown with Killdeer

In Class A football, Beulah is off to a 3-0 start and coming off a 42-6 win at Southern McLean. But this week the schedule gets tougher.

Beulah will host 2-1 Killdeer tonight. The Cowboys lost to a tough Bowman County team last Friday, but Beulah head coach Jim Dooley says they can’t afford to take Killdeer lightly.

“With Killdeer, (head coach) Lou (Dobitz) always does a good job over there,” Beulah head coach Jim Dooley said. “I don’t know if maybe athletes and numbers–they’re probably a little down from what they’ve been in the past. But you’re going to have to show up and play with them.”

Kickoff in Beulah is set for 7 p.m. CST.
