HS Football: Bismarck High in mid-season form after Week 1

Sports

The Bismarck High football team looked almost flawless in their first game of the season against Fargo Davies.

The Demons went on the road and dismantled Davies 48-19. The game was over at halftime when the score was 35-6.

Tomorrow, Bismarck will be at home when they welcome the defending Class AAA state champs: West Fargo.

Going into Week 2, Coach Mark Gibson says offensive line play will be huge.

“The linemen obviously is a big concern of ours,” head coach Mark Gibson said. “Those are things that we are going to have to address. We are going to have to find some depth along the way, whether that is going to be some of the younger kids I don’t know yet. We have to find out, but we have a long way to go.”

Tomorrow’s game kicks off at 7 p.m.
