HS Football: Bismarck High loaded with talent, expectations

National Sports

The expectations are always huge at Bismarck High, but this year they are especially big.

Bismarck High is the only team to return a three-year starter at quarterback. They also return Isaiah Olsen, who moves into the running back position. They have a solid receiving corps.

This teams knows they are good. The only question is are they good enough to be state champions.

“I think that we definitely have the skill and the talent,” offensive guard and defensive nose guard Chase Dockter said, “and it comes down to if we can come together as a team to put it all together and make something special.”

Bismarck Scrimmages Mandan next Saturday before opening the season on the road at Fargo Davies.
