In the girls high school golf, Century claimed their first state title since 2013.
Century shot +85 over par to win the team title. Mandan finished tied for fourth at +140. St. Mary’s finished eighth at +163.
On the individual side, Century eighth-grader Hannah Herbel won the individual medalist honor with at +10. She shot a second-day 75. Hannah’s twin sister, Leah, finished fourth at +20. St. Mary’s senior Gabby Easton finished tied for fifth at +21.
For Hannah, this is her fourth medalist honor of the season.
