HS Tennis: Century touts ‘consistency’ ahead of de facto WDA regular season championship

National Sports

Century will play Minot tomorrow for the WDA a regular season championship.

Both clubs come into the match with perfect 7-0 records.

What’s at stake? The No. 1 seed for the West Region tournament, which is next week in Minot.

In tomorrow’s showdown, the Patriots have an advantage because the match will be played at Sertoma.

“Be consistent,” Sophia Holman said. “To fight for it. Just don’t give up on balls. Be consistent. Consistency over power.”

This match has been moved up to noon tomorrow.
