Huskies spoil Larks’ return home

National Sports

The Bismarck Larks’ homecoming Saturday did not end with a victory.

The Duluth Huskies snapped the Larks’ two game winning streak with a 6-5 win.

The Larks’ lineup featured some fresh faces Saturday, including Austin Paschke who displayed his defensive abilities over at first base.

The Larks found themselves down by five runs in the eighth and managed to claw back within a run, but the team could not complete the comeback in the ninth inning.

The Larks face the Huskies again on Sunday, with first pitch set for 3:05 pm.
