Ashton plays for the Bobcats while Nick stayed in their home town and plays for the Wilderness. Both brothers are forwards so they might not clash too much, but every game means a little more to the brothers, a sibling rivalry if you will. And whenever Ashton travels to play the Wilderness, has a few fans in the crowd.

a couple of the guys that are coming to watch you know they grew up looking up to me and stuff and kind showed them where they are going to want to grow up and play hockey wanting to get to the next level and stuff. It will be nice to have them cheer me on a little bit too.
NICK ALTMANN\FORWARD, WILDERNESS
It definitely adds an edge to the game. Him and I are both really competitive on and on the ice and especially especially now that we’re playing against each other. It kind of makes you want to win that much more.
The Wilderness have won all four meetings with the Bobcats this year, so Nick has the bragging rights as family gathers this holiday season. The Bobcats and Wilderness clash next on January 7th, 2017.
