Wednesday, football players Dylan Finley and Stephan Packineau signed their letters of intent to play at North Dakota State College of Sciences in Wahpeton.
Both players play on the offensive line including some All-Region Honors, both coming from the Mandan, Hidatsa, Arikara Nation, and both members of a regional championship team in 2020.
