Majettes ready to take next step

Local Sports

Although the team graduated 6 seniors and their 2nd leading scorer, the Minot High girls basketball team is hoping to continue a program rebound after finishing the season just 4 games uner the .500 mark. 39 players are out for this year’s team that will feature only 3 seniors but it’s a solid junior class that brings with it plenty of experience. Head coach Bernie Wasser says the team will be able to play an up tempo or slow down style of offense and that the Majettes will need to develop it’s inside game.
