Rough first two innings seals Bismarck Larks fate in loss

National Sports

The Bismarck Larks lost to the La Crosse Loggers at Municipal Ballpark on Aug. 9.

A bad start made thoughts of a comeback difficult from the start. They gave up three runs in the first inning.

The second was worse. Bismarck gave up five runs to trail 8-0 after two complete.

Bismarck would go on to lose 12-5. This is the team’s fourth straight loss.

The Larks try to salvage a split tomorrow at 7:05 p.m.
