BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) Brick Oven Bakery’s Maritozzi is a brioche bun, which is a softer dough, filled with a chantilly cream inside. This particular Maritozzi has a mixed berry flavoring.

Brick Oven Bakery co-owner, Sandy Jacobson says, “I don’t need the dough, I just need all the filling.”

Friday, November 17th is the last day for you to order pies online. There are several flavors available including, dutch apple, pecan, and pumpkin.
