KX Storm Team Monday Night One Minute Forecast

One Minute Forecast

A cold front slowing sweeping across the state will bring colder arctic air back to the region beginning overnight. At the same time, winds will pick up considerably behind the front, meaning wind chills will be very cold through the day tomorrow. Skies will clear for your Tuesday, however, and we will see plenty of sunshine. A Wind Advisory is in place for 3 AM tomorrow morning until 6 PM tomorrow evening. As winds calm tomorrow night, the coldest of the air will arrive, meaning Wednesday will feature some of the coldest air since New Years. There is also an outside chance for light snow across the northern counties Wednesday and Thursday. The pattern stays quite benign, and temperatures will begin to warm up to above average by the end of the weekend. -Meteorologist Dave Holder
