KX Storm Team Thursday Night One Minute Forecast

One Minute Forecast

As skies clear tonight moisture in the air from melted snow will condense into fog, especially across our eastern viewing area. Temperatures will rebound again tomorrow, with ample sunshine. Highs will be in the 30s east and 50s west, where the snowpack has melted off. Temperatures will remain mild on Saturday, but clouds will increase as an area of low pressure moves in from the south. Precipitation in the form of rain and snow could arrive late Saturday night, with better chances on Sunday. A cold front will arrive from the north, cooling temperatures and allowing possible light snow accumulations to occur, particularly across our northern counties. Precipitation will wind down to begin next week but look for slightly cooler weather with the passage of the cold front. A mild pattern will once again commence by the middle of next week, with increased rain and snow chances by next Thursday. -Meteorologist Dave Holder
