KX Storm Team Tuesday Night One Minute Forecast

One Minute Forecast

An area of low pressure and associated cold front will move into North Dakota early tomorrow morning. Although this system will not have a lot of moisture to work with, a few snow showers may lead to trace amounts of snow accumulation through the day. Fairly strong northwest winds will kick up as the system passes through, with gusts over 20 mph at times. The biggest impact from the system may be the cold air advecting south. Temperatures will fall quickly tomorrow night, and combined with the wind, windchills could be well below 0 for many neighborhoods Thursday morning. A pattern change will then bring more mild temperatures and sunshine. This is expected to last through the forecast period. -Meteorologist Dave Holder
