Amber’s Friday Morning Storm Team Forecast 8/10

Weather Blog

Morning lows have dipped to the 50s and 60s. Patchy smoke will stay a concern through the day and into tonight. Hardly any cloud cover. If anything holds back the sun, it’ll be from patchy smoke. Highs heat to the mid 90s to around 100 degrees. An Excessive Heat Warning has been issued for Eastern Montana from Noon today to Midnight on Saturday night. Tonight, mostly clear as lows cool to the 60s mostly.

Saturday and Sunday, potential record breaking heat as most of us heat to the triple digits. Wind will stay light on Saturday which should keep the patchy smoke around. The best chance of shaking the smoke will come on Sunday where the south wind will become a little breezy. A cold front will sweep through Sunday night which will cool the temps on Monday back down to the 80s.
