Partly cloudy this morning with a few isolated showers in the Northwest around Divide County and Eastern Montana. Warmer lows in the 50s and 60s will heat to the 80s this afternoon. Dew points will remain high all day and make for humid conditions later on. Severe storms are a potential by early evening. Some may linger into the overnight. The areas of concern right now will be in the North in the Hwy 2 corridor and the South in the I-94 corridor. Large hail, damaging wind, tornadoes and heavy downpours are possible. Wind will increase from the south to around 15-25, gusting to 30 mph.
Lingering showers and storms through Friday morning will eventually taper. Partly sunny tomorrow with cooler highs in the 70s and 80s. Scattered rain chances through the weekend with cooler highs in the 60s and 70s. Severe weather isn’t expected over the weekend but a few storms on Sunday evening could be stronger.
