Amber’s Wednesday Morning Storm Team Forecast 12/19

Weather Blog

A warm front is the culprit behind morning temperatures in the 30s and 40s with light rain exiting to the east.

Wind will increase today to around 20-25 mph, gusting to 30-50 mph. The strongest winds will be in the Southwest where we have a Wind Advisory through the afternoon. Highs return to the 40s with a slight chance for a wintry mix as a cold front passes through.

Tonight, decreasing wind and clouds ahead of Thursday. Highs tomorrow return to the 30s and 40s with much lighter wind.

Snow chances are back in the forecast for Friday afternoon through the overnight. Very light accumulation. The temperatures will cool for this weekend back to the 20s and 30s.
