Cooler morning lows in the 40s and 50s under a mostly cloudy sky. A few isolated showers but otherwise, dry and cloudy this morning.
A warm front will lift north this afternoon and allow for hotter temperatures along the border with South Dakota with much cooler air in the North. Highs in Williston and Minot will only warm to the 60s while Bismarck and Dickinson will heat to the 70s. Along the border with South Dakota, 80s are possible with better sunshine.
The warm front will bring chances for severe weather overnight with large hail as a main concern. There is a marginal risk for severe weather in Northern North Dakota.
Cooler on Thursday with highs in the 60s and 70s under a partly sunny sky. An active forecast is in store for the weekend with chances for rain both Saturday and Sunday.
