KX Storm Team Friday Evening Forecast

Weather Blog

Temperatures will be quite cool tonight, with plenty of stars overhead. However, southerly winds will bring warmer air to the southern half of the state tomorrow, and many neighborhoods will warm back up into the 70s with sunshine. Clouds, rain chances, and cooler temperatures persist in the north through the weekend. Expect more clouds and slightly cooler temperatures in the southern part of the state for Sunday, with everyone seeing a few rain chances into early Monday. A big dip in the jet stream by next week will set the stage for below average temperatures, and more precipitation chances by the end of the week. -Meteorologist Dave Holder
