KX Storm Team Wednesday Evening Forecast

Weather Blog

A powerhouse system will move into our area over the next few hours, bringing snow, wind, and general blizzard conditions to many. The heaviest snow will fall south and east of Bismarck. The wind, however, will affect the entire state, with gusts over 50 MPH not out of the question. As the system departs to the east, skies will clear we’ll see a little sunshine before tomorrow is over. Winds will slowly dwindle but remain breezy through tomorrow afternoon. Afterward, the weather pattern quiets down substantially. High temperatures look to remain near average with mostly dry conditions. -Meteorologist Dave Holder
