Wind picked up over night and will continue to stay strong most of the day. A Wind Advisory is in effect until this evening for the north. Sustained wind will increase to around 20-30 mph gusting to 40-45 mph. Even though there isn’t a Wind Advisory for the south, Bismarck and Dickinson will stay windy with WNW 15-25 mph sustained wind and 30 mph gusts. Highs are back in the upper 50s to lower 60s.
Tonight, decreasing clouds and lows in the 30s and 40s. A pleasant and warm forecast is in store for both Thursday and Friday with highs returning to the 70s and 80s. Wind is expected to stay light both days. A pattern shift for the weekend will bring breezy conditions, scattered rain and highs in the 50s & 60s.
