From the KX Storm Center:
It started off a little chilly with a few more clouds. So far today, winds have been light with warming temperatures. Highs will be in the 70s with a few 80s (West) and it will feel comfortable, across the state. This is the beginning of our warming trend. Through the 7day Outlook, there will be a calm weather pattern with only a few changes. The first change includes temps climbing through the 80s for the latter half of our work week. Not only will temperatures be well into the 80s and slightly above average for this time of the year, winds will pick up again on Friday. It will be breezy through the weekend with winds between 10-20mph for the most part. It will be gusty and temperatures will continue to climb. It will be Hot with daytime highs in the mid- upper 80s with a few 90s possible.
A week cold front will move through our area Sunday/Monday. This front will mostly be dry with a few showers possible. We are not looking at widespread rain or much in the way of decent or high rainfall totals. This cold front will bring temps back down and closer to average (40s/70s) for this time of the year. It will also be breezy with winds between 10-20mph and gusts as high as 30mph at times. All together, during the next 7days, there is little to no chance for rain (with the exception of Sunday/Monday) and there is no risk of severe weather through the 7day Outlook.
