Mostly cloudy with a few isolated flurries this morning. Lows have bottomed out in the upper single digits to the low teens. Light northwesterly wind will become westerly this afternoon and stay around 5-15 mph.
Highs today will stay cold as high pressure decreases clouds into the afternoon.
A rapid warm up is in store this week as highs top out in the 40s and 50s by Wednesday. Slight chances for rain and snow on Thursday with another shot at a cool down by week’s end.
